The South Tampa real estate market continues to gain momentum as safer-at-home restrictions begin to ease. May '20 averages across all price points are: $588,607 (average sale price); $278.00 (average sale price per square foot); and 61 (average days on market). Compared to May '19, average sale price increased 21.15%, average sale price per square foot increased 11.21%, and average days on market decreased 7.00%. Total sales for May '20 (227) represented a 29.72% decrease from May '19 which is to be expected considering we spent the month under a safer-at-home order. Stay safe and have a great week!
