South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 05/31/20 - 06/06/20

Down, down, down....that's where inventory levels continue to head in the South Tampa real estate market. There were 96 new listings last week vs. 106 listings that went under contract.

These pending numbers are higher than those we saw at the beginning of the Spring market before the shutdown and those were the highest number of pending sales I had ever seen in a week (take a look at my February 25, 2020 newsletter...105 pending sales that week). Have a great week!
