A lifelong South Tampa resident, Michael Palermo was born and raised on Davis Islands, giving him an unparalleled connection to the neighborhoods, waterfront communities, and distinctive lifestyle that define the area’s most sought-after addresses. A graduate of H.B. Plant High School (’89), the University of Florida (B.S. ’93), and South Texas College of Law (J.D. ’96), Michael brings a unique blend of legal acumen, market sophistication, and deeply rooted local knowledge to every client relationship.
Following his early career practicing real estate and corporate law with prominent firms, Michael established his own real estate law practice in 1999.
