While the South Tampa real estate market continues to defy conventional wisdom with inventory flying off the shelf during a worldwide crisis, the coronavirus may be influencing the broader real estate market in an unforeseen way. According to data analyzed by the National Association of Homebuilders, buyers are now more inclined to seek larger homes to accommodate a home office, home gym or other flex space.
