South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 02/07/21 - 02/13/21

Since Tampa enjoys temperate weather throughout the year, it really doesn't have the defined "Spring Selling Season" that exists in the northern states which, by the way, are covered in ice and snow at the moment. That said, historically the South Tampa real estate market picks up a bit right after Valentine's Day and continues until summer. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a flurry of new inventory to hit the market in the coming days. Have a great week!
