January '21 averages across all price points are: $628,996 (average sale price); $283.00 (average sale price per square foot); and 47 (average days on market). Compared to January '20, average sale price increased 8.08%, average sale price per square foot increased 7.18%, and average days on market decreased 37.33%. Total sales for January '21 (246) represented a 29.47% increase from January '20 which is remarkable given that January is typically a slow month.
