November '20 averages across all price points are: $762,527 (average sale price); $280.00 (average sale price per square foot); and 49 (average days on market). Compared to November '19, average sale price increased 31.02%, average sale price per square foot increased 6.04%, and average days on market decreased 34.67%. Total sales for November '20 (154) represented a 18.95% decrease from November '19 and marked the second month of sales in the 150's after a 3-month run of 300+ homes sales per month.
