In keeping with rising home prices, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac announced they are raising the conventional loan limit to $548,2500 beginning January 1, 2021. Considering the housing market is expected to remain strong through ‘21, this is welcoming news to buyers as it provides them with more buying power without wading into the jumbo market.
