As promised last week, here's the South Tampa market data for the month of July. The July '18 averages across all price points were $576,055 (average sale price); $251.14 (average sale price per square foot); and 61 (average days on market). Compared to July '17, average sale price increased a stunning 23.29%, average sale price per square foot increased 9.19%, and average days on market decreased by 1.6%. Have a great week!
