South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | July 25, 2018 - July 31, 2018

It was an active week in the South Tampa luxury market ($1M+). We saw 7 new listings, 8 listings go under contract and an additional 8 sales, including one for $4,400,000 overlooking the 3rd fairway of  the Palma Ceia Golf Course. Overall, the market saw the addition of 54 new listings, the second fewest number this year. Pending sales (83) continue to outpace new listings, further tightening the South Tampa inventory.
