September '20 South Tampa real estate market stats are in and, for the third straight month, we saw over 300 homes close! September '20 averages across all price points are: $612,963 (average sale price); $270.00 (average sale price per square foot); and 56 (average days on market). Compared to September '19, average sale price increased 19.46%, average sale price per square foot increased 2.84%, and average days on market increased 12.00%. Total sales for September '20 (315) represented a whopping 40.00% increase from September '19. Stay safe and have a great week!
