South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 09/20/20 - 09/26/20

The biggest news of the week is the Tampa Bay Lightning bringing home the Stanley Cup last night! Congratulations to the Lightning on a well-deserved and hard-fought championship. In other "not-so-exciting but important" news, our elected officials up in Washington, D.C. passed legislation extending the National Flood Insurance Program for one year. The NFIP was scheduled to expire on September 30, 2020. Finally, in the "not surprising at all" news category, South Tampa market inventory declined by 29 units last week.
