I hope you all had a relaxing Labor Day Weekend! For the first time in quite a while, I can report that the South Tampa real estate market actually gained some inventory...25 properties to be exact. I don't see this as the start of a trend, rather just a blip on the radar as people took some time out last week to spend time with friends and family....properly socially distanced of course.
