I've got the South Tampa real estate market stats for August '20. If you follow my weekly reports, none of these figures will come as a surprise. August '20 averages across all price points are: $606,140 (average sale price); $276.00 (average sale price per square foot); and 38 (average days on market). Compared to August '19, average sale price increased 20.59%, average sale price per square foot increased 11.82%, and average days on market decreased a whopping 39.68%. Properties are flying off the market! Total sales for August '20 (334) represented a 9.15% increase from August '19. Stay safe and have a great week!
