The South Tampa real estate market remains steady. The stats for April '20 are in and they are surprisingly strong given the circumstances! April '20 averages across all price points are: $539,647 (average sale price); $261 (average sale price per square foot); and 53 (average days on market). Compared to April '19, average sale price decreased .9%, average sale price per square foot increased 3.72%, and average days on market decreased 15.87%. Total sales for April '20 (211) represented a 17.6% decrease from April '19 which is to be expected considering we spent the month under a safer-at-home order. Stay safe and have a great week!
