South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 04/19/20 - 04/25/20
Say what you will about the general real estate market amidst this pandemic, but the South Tampa market is beating all odds and remains strong. We had a net gain of 0% inventory of new single family homes under $1M that came on the market last week. Twenty-nine came to market and 29 went under contract by week's end. Other segments of the market fared well too...luxury homes saw 3 pending vs. 5 new listings and townhomes saw 9 pending vs. 11 new listings. Continue to stay safe and have a great week!
