Sunset Park
Overview
Graced with beautiful front porches, renowned for its southern splendor, Sunset Park is an alluring South Tampa community with attraction.
Similar to Beach Park in more ways than one, this vicinity came into being in the 1920's. It also likes Beach Park was dominated by huge oak trees, pine trees and palm trees providing shade for the opulent bent roads spanning the neighborhood. There are more housing styles here than in Beach Park and there is also more space to even erect some new structures.
With a number of streets in this community are named after famous poets, Sunset Park is bounded to the east by South Tampa peninsula, Sunset Park boundaries are Beach Park Isles to the North, Culbreath Heights to the Northeast El Prado to the South, Tampa Bay to the west, and Manhattan Avenue to the west with plenty beachside locations on Tampa Bay attributed to this community. Sunset Park over time has become choicest amongst intending homeowners whether professional or families because of its closeness to Downtown Tampa.

Tampa International Airport, 32 hotels, two major shopping malls (International Plaza and WestShore Plaza), and more than 200 eateries and pubs can be found in the Westshore Business District. The Tampa Convention Center are some of the reputable companies that are located downtown off the river. Thus, Downtown Tampa is the central financial district and is also central to businesses in the area, only Westshore business districts beat it, mainly because of Westshore's high employment.
