South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 12/19/21- 12/25/21

Santa did not deliver on my wish for more South Tampa inventory. I don't know if my letter to him got lost in the mail or I was bad this year, but we're down to sixty-nine active SFR listings under $1M. It's going to be hard for Tampa to meet Realtor.com's expectation as the #10 hottest real estate market in 2022 if we don't have any homes for sale. Have a great week and Happy New Year!
