With inventory levels remaining at historic lows, buyers are having to make decisions quickly if they want a home in South Tampa. According to a recent article published in Realtor Magazine, homes listed between July '20 and June '21 were on the market for a median of one week leading buyers to do desperate things...such as waiving the appraisal and/or inspection contingency.
