June '21 averages across all price points are: $708,202 (average sale price); $319.00 (average sale price per square foot); and 26 (average days on market). Compared to June '20, average sale price increased 8.89%, average sale price per square foot increased 14.34%, and average days on market decreased 45.833%. Total sales for June '21 (405) represented a 15.71% increase from June '20. Stay safe and dry!
