South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 06/06/21 - 06/12/21

If you've been paying attention to my weekly South Tampa market reports (which you should), you'll notice that inventory has increased by 20.6% since the end of May. It's not a huge increase (20 properties), but it beats the alternative. In other news, the number of South Tampa homes sales is up 40.03% through May 31, 2021 as compared to the same period in 2020 (1,129 sales in '20 vs. 1,581 sales in '21). Have a great week!
