February 2021 South Tampa real estate market stats are in and they reveal one simple truth...there is not enough housing to satisfy demand. With 82 single family homes under $1M on the market, we've hit another record low for inventory. February '21 averages across all price points are: $660,133 (average sale price); $290.00 (average sale price per square foot); and 51 (average days on market). Compared to February '20, average sale price increased 23.22%, average sale price per square foot increased 12.54%, and average days on market decreased 22.72%. Total sales for February '21 (225) represented a 1.81% increase from February '20. Have a great week!
