South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 12/13/20 - 12/19/20
With nine days left in the year, the predictions for the 2021 housing market are coming fast and furious....and they're all over the board. In just one day I received articles stating: 1) there would be "a stronger housing market across the board”; 2) there are "signs of an economic slowdown"; and 3) there is a "buying frenzy caused by dropping mortgage rates". I can tell you that 2020 will go down as a banner year for the South Tampa real estate market. Continued demand and lack of supply in the area indicate 2021 will be similar. Happy Holidays!
