South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 9/21/25 - 9/27/25

October 1, 2025 is a big day for owners and renters of commercial real estate in Florida...the sales tax on commercial leases is officially repealed! The sales tax was 3.5% in Hillsborough County and 3% in Pinellas and Pasco Counties prior to the repeal. The repeal results in less paperwork for landlords and lower rents for tenants.
