South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 04/02/23 - 04/08/23

While I usually stay focused on our local market, an interesting trend has developed nationally that deserves some attention...national home prices are on the rise. But as is always the case, read beneath the headlines...it depends where you're located. Home prices in the 37 largest metro areas east of Texas saw year-over-year price gains while the 12 major metro areas west of Texas (plus Austin, TX) saw year-over-year price declines in January.
