South Tampa Real Estate Market Report |October 10, 2018 - October 16, 2018

I’ve noticed an increased number of price adjustments over the past few weeks in the South Tampa real estate market. These adjustments are indicative of the market shift I’ve discussed in prior weeks.

Interest rates seem to have leveled for the time being. That’s a good thing considering they are sitting about one full percentage point higher than they were last year. Have a great week!
