South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | July 11, 2018 - July 17, 2018

We saw a nice uptick in South Tampa market activity last week with 65 new listings and 78 that went under contract. Those numbers are up 38% and 47%, respectively, from the previous week's figures which represented year-to-date lows. Interest rates rose a tiny bit but are still hovering near 3-month lows.
