South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 04/21/19 - 04/27/19

Just last Monday, the FBI released its 2018 Internet Crime Report. The report identified 11,300 victims of real estate wire fraud who lost $149,458,114 in 2018. That's an increase from 9,645 victims in 2017 who lost $56,231,333. This is the third time I've posted about wire fraud in the past 15 months. I may sound like a broken record, but I can't stress enough how important it is for everyone to be aware of the massive amount of wire fraud out there and to be extra vigilant when transferring money. I'll have the April '19 South Tampa market summary in next week's newsletter.
