Despite the crazy world we're all living in, properties are still moving in the South Tampa market. We have modified our office and showing showing protocols to comply with current CDC guidelines. Buyers are encouraged to look at virtual tours and videos of properties online if at all possible. Understand that some sellers will not allow their property to be shown regardless of the extra precautions we take to keep them and their family safe.
