South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | February 14, 2018 - February 20, 2018

I feel like a broken record, but once again we saw a net reduction of 28 units from the South Tampa inventory last week.  The overall market was very active as 83 properties properties went under contract.  On the luxury side, the lower end ($1M - $1.5M) stole the show with 6 new listings, 5 pending sales and 3 sold.  As has been the case for several months now, the low inventory is driving prices higher across all price points.  The Tampa-St.Petersburg area saw price appreciation of 10.7% in 2017.  Click here for more details.  Have a great week!
