South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | 02/10/19 - 02/16/19

Despite talk of how high prices have risen in the Tampa Bay area over the last 8 years, our market did not make this list. Living in the Tampa is still affordable and apparently desirable based on last week's South Tampa market stats (77 properties went pending). Interest rates remain favorable, hovering around the same level as they were this time last year. Have a great week!
