South Tampa Real Estate Market Report | January 17, 2018 - January 23, 2018

This past week saw a flurry of activity in the luxury market with 9 properties priced over $1M going under contract.  I'm happy to report that one of those pending sales belongs to us!  Otherwise, the numbers have remained relatively static since the beginning of the year.

I'm spending this week in NYC at a real estate conference with some of the brightest minds in the industry.  Looking forward to bringing back a few revolutionary ideas to implement at Palermo Real Estate Professionals for the benefit of you, our valued clients and friends.  On the flight to NYC, I read this article originally published in the Wall Street Journal.  It's somewhat apropos given the tight inventory in Tampa and the likelihood of getting involved in a bidding war.  I found it interesting that a personal letter to the seller had a higher success rate than an all-cash offer.  Enjoy the read and have a great week!
