Melinda Pendino grew up on Davis Islands attending Gorrie and Wilson, graduating from HB Plant High School. She graduated from Sweet Briar College with her Junior Year with NYU in Madrid, Spain where she still loves to visit! Melinda graduated with an MBA in the Charter Class of the Executive MBA program at the University of South Florida. Melinda has also lived in New Suburb Beautiful and Bayshore Beautiful.
Following college, Melinda was a Red Cross Donut Dolly in Vietnam for 1 year. She then investigated and managed Child Abuse programs throughout Hillsborough and Manatee Counties. After her child began school, Melinda became the Executive Director of SERVE, the Volunteer Program for the public and private schools in Hillsborough County. Following 8 years with the Florida Lottery in Sales and Management in Tampa and Tallahassee, Melinda returned to Tampa and became a Realtor 15 years ago with a small, independent agency. She then worked at large, national real estate companies. Melinda has recently followed a national trend in the real estate profession and made the move to go local! Melinda is thrilled to be able to serve her customers again at a small, independent, full service real estate agency located in South Tampa, although she has sold property at the beaches and throughout the Tampa Bay area. Melinda is a nearly life long member of the St. John's Episcopal Church community. She is also a member of several local, not for profit agencies and she is a member of the Tampa Yacht and Country Club.
