It was an active week for the South Tampa luxury market, particularly in the $1M-$1.5M range. Interest rates dropped week over week but remain .62% higher than one year ago. The May '18 averages across all price points were $488,259 (average sale price); $237.71 (average sale price per square foot); and 64 (average days on market). Compared to May '17, average sale price decreased 3%, average sale price per square foot increased 3%, and average days on market increased 33%.
