The South Tampa real estate market continues to move at a rapid pace. While the number of transactions has dropped since the wild days of '21 and early '22, competition for available  homes remains fierce. Here lies the psychological problem for buyers...they read headlines about a slowing real estate market, yet when they enter the market to buy, they experience the feeding frenzy that is trying to buy a home in South Tampa.
